Eligibility for Return

- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Initiating a Return

2. Return Authorization: Provide your order number and the reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned items.
3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at the following address, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: You will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the full amount of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. We will process the exchange as soon as possible.
